Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance must be paid in full. This applies regardless of the reason (including illness) as we are not covered by public insurance.

NB! If you have an appointment on Monday, cancellation must be received by 4:00 PM the Friday before.
