The golds and greens of autumn are right around the corner. Its the time of year when we should eat warming and nourishing foods. This morning I made myself a smoothie bowl with room temperature warm fruits. This is important to mention, since we dont want to shock the body with cold foods now that the temperature is turning cold.
Basically I used a mango and banana, mixing them into a smoothie before adding my toppings.
To make your own smoothie bowl you will need:
small handful dry roasted almonds
1 tbsp Buckwheat
Measurements are rough and just use your imagination to create this bowl of deliciousness! Its packed with fibre, antioxidants and vitamins.
